Michelle Gets the Official Okay to Workout
Wednesday was a pretty busy day for me. I started the day with a workout video. I got the green light from Amanda, our P.A. to go ahead and start working out. Lower body, only. With this video, I did more than march in place for 30 minutes.
I also decided to try out ‘real’ clothes today. In other words, no elastic waistband pants and no comfortable shoes. This partially worked! I tolerated the clothing well. The shoes… Not so much. As long as I’m healing, I will continue to wear supportive, comfortable shoes.
Wednesday was a pretty active day at work. Spring cleaning as we like to call it. This is a lot of up and down, moving, and cleaning out. The good news is that I was able to do it. The not so good news is that my legs blew up like balloons afterwards. At least I now have an excuse to lay around Thursday. I have an exciting weekend planned so stay tuned!
