\"AcquaI had my four week appointment with Amanda, the adorable and YOUNG Physician’s Assistant I mentioned in my first blog. It went really well. She told me I was progressing well, and I looked great-YAY! She emphasized the importance (again) of massaging all my lipo areas. I have a few areas on my hips, abs and inner legs that feel ‘squishy’, but that will work itself out with aggressive massage.<\/p>\n

Amanda told me today that about 60% of my swelling is gone. This excites me to know that I will continue to drop inches. She also took more photos today. You know you are really comfortable with your co-workers when you don’t wince at the thought of undressing for them and being photographed by them. Amanda also told me it was time to wean myself from my compression garment. If this was week one, I would have been eternally grateful. However, at week four I have grown quite fond of this undergarment. We’ve been through a lot together and it really hugs me in all the right places. So, we’ll see. I am now able to wear underwire bras, too. This is exciting! Overall, I’m feeling great! My pain is very minimal and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
