If the pencil is level with your nipple, you may only have slight sagging or a grade one level. If the nipple is below the pencil line, you are considered to be a level two or three. Keep in mind; this is a very basic way to gauge your level of sagging. There are a lot of gray areas, and you should consult with our plastic surgeon to get an accurate answer.<\/p>\n
If you are looking to increase the amount of breast volume, implants are all that you need. They can produce a beautiful enhancement, but they don\u2019t do any actual lifting. If your initial pencil test showed a higher level of sagging, implants alone might not be enough \u2013 and in fact, could make the sagging worse, as your breasts are now heavier. You will have larger breasts, but they will be lower on your chest wall.<\/p>\n
