Facelift
Facial plastic surgery has become a norm, with both genders desiring a more youthful appearance. The availability of lasers and injectable fillers allows patients that do not show advanced aging to take a more preventative approach to cosmetic surgery, but as lines and folds became deeper and loose skin and excess fatty tissue develops, some patients want a more permanent result that cannot be achieved with injections alone.
A facelift can leave a patient looking refreshed and rejuvenated, but a healing time must be expected first. After several weeks following the facelift, the patient will begin to see the swelling and puffiness subside, numbness diminish and a smoother, more youthful appearance. As with any surgical procedure, a facelift has both benefits and risks and must be carefully considered with a reputable cosmetic surgeon.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Shaping)
Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) is one of the top three most frequently performed plastic surgery procedures in the country. Because the nose is situated in the middle of the face, it draws significant attention to itself. A displeasing nose can detract attention from an otherwise attractive face. In addition to concerns regarding nasal appearance, many people have a deviated septum, in which the internal nose is out of position and can cause breathing problems. Both the outside and inside of the nose can be improved with plastic surgery.

Brow Lift
A forehead lift, also referred to as a brow lift, can smooth out the wrinkles and furrows in the forehead, as well as corrects sagging or low positions of the eyebrows. The popularity and increased demand for cosmetic surgery procedures, including forehead lifts, have allowed great strides in a short amount of time to be made in surgical techniques.
Depending on the patient’s needs, as well as the surgeon’s preferences, the forehead lift can be performed in various ways. Commonly, the forehead lift will be performed by making an incision across the top of the scalp, beginning above the ears and hidden within the hair. Although people heal differently, within weeks the forehead lift patient will begin to see the puffiness and swelling subside, exposing a smoother, more youthful appearance.
Final forehead lift results can take months to appear, but patients often enjoy a more refreshed and attractive look. Depending on the severity of the wrinkles and skin prior to the forehead lift, the results can be pretty dramatic. As with any surgical procedure, a forehead lift has risks and should only be performed by a qualified and reputable plastic surgeon.

Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery
Aging and gravity, as well as heredity, can create visible changes in the area around the eyes. Fat beneath the lower eyelid can disappear, resulting in a more sunken appearance, and the wall holding in the fat can weaken, resulting in a bag under the eye. Cosmetic eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is performed to remove baggy lower eyelids and droopy upper lids.
Puffiness, drooping and winkles around the eyelids can make people appear tired, sad or older than they really are or feel, but cosmetic eyelid surgery is able to smooth out the appearance of the eye area, making a person appear more rejuvenated and youthful. After a couple weeks of recovery, the cosmetic eyelid surgery patient can enjoy long-lasting results of having a firmer eye area.

Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)
Otoplasty, also known as ear surgery, is usually performed to pin back ears that stick out away from the head or to reduce the size of large ears. The cosmetic procedure is often performed on children because unlike other parts of the body, patients usually will have already experienced full ear growth by the age of four. Since many children may endure taunting and teasing for having prominent sized ears, otoplasty at a younger age can eliminate the ridicule, as well as produce a more pleasing appearance.
Otoplasty is not just limited to children and can be performed on adults with no additional risks in most instances. Most otoplasty surgeries are performed because of protruding ears, but this is not the only reason the surgery is performed. Lop ear, when the top part of the ear appears to fold down and forward, and cupped ear, when the curve in the outer rim and natural folds and creases are absent, are ear problems that can be helped with otoplasty.
Depending on the condition being treated, the final results of the otoplasty will be evident after the bandage is taken off. The wrap is used to best allow proper molding and good healing to exist. Since otoplasty is often performed on children, it is important the patient is not pressured about feeling the surgery is necessary and should only occur if the child is comfortable with the process.
Cheek & Chin Implants
Facial implants such as a cheek implant and chin implants can dramatically improve the look of your face by enhancing the shape, contour, and balance of a person’s face, providing a new sense of symmetry. Some individuals may desire improvement in the cheek area to correct flatness. In others a receding chin may cause an unbalanced profile and prompt correction. Chin and cheek augmentation are carried out using implants of different sizes and designs. The most common choice for cheek and chin implants is soft or semi-solid silicone gel and they do not cause any form of adverse reaction in the body. They have been in use for over 15 years and have been quite safe. They are usually inserted through small incisions in the oral cavity, and the recovery is quite rapid. In most cases these procedures can be done under local anesthesia.
